表达区间及表达系统（Source）	Mouse CD59a Protein is expressed from HEK293 with hFc tag at the C-terminal. It contains Leu24-Ser96.[Accession \| O55186 ]
分子量大小（Molecular Weight）	The protein has a predicted MW of 35.17 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 43-53 kDa based on SDS- PAGE result.
内毒素（Endotoxin）	<1EU per μg by the LAL method.
纯度（Purity）	> 95% as determined by SDS- PAGE and HPLC
制剂（Formulation）	Supplied as 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4).
