表达区间及表达系统（Source）	Rhesus macaque Integrin alpha V beta 8 (ITGAV&ITGB8) Heterodimer Protein is expressed from HEK293 with His tag at the C-Terminus. It contains Phe31-Pro993(ITGAV) acidic tail&Glu43-Ser681(ITGB8) basic tail.[Accession \| F6QSK2(ITGAV)&F7F3K9(ITGB8)]
分子量大小（Molecular Weight）	The protein has a predicted MW of 112.1 kDa (ITGAV)&75.3 kDa (ITGB8). Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 90-140 kDa based on SDS-PAGE result.
内毒素（Endotoxin）	Less than 1EU per μg by the LAL method.
纯度（Purity）	> 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE and HPLC.
活性（Activity）	ELISA Data: Immobilized Rhesus macaque ITGAV&ITGB8, His Tag at 2μg/ml (100μl/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Anti-alpha-v Antibody , hFc Tag with the EC50 of 56ng/ml determined by ELISA.
制剂（Formulation）	Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
重构方法（Reconstitution）	Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/ml is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.

储存条件

The product should be stored at -25~-15℃ for 1 year from date of receipt.

2-7 days, 2 ~ 8 °C under sterile conditions after reconstitution.

3 -6 months, -85~-65℃ under sterile conditions after reconstitution.

Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities when first used and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
