CD47 is a protein that is involved in a range of cellular processes including apoptosis and immune regulation. It is commonly overexpressed in cancer cells and has been targeted in cancer therapy. Some studies have also implicated CD47 in the pathogenesis of autoimmune diseases.

Source	Recombinant Human CD47 Protein is expressed from HEK293 Cells with His tag at the C-terminal. It contains Gln19-Pro139.
Molecular Weight	The protein has a predicted MW of 15.66 kDa. And it migrates as 30-40 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
Purity	> 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Endotoxin	<1 EU per 1μg of the protein by the LAL method.
Formulation	Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4).
Reconstitution	Centrifuge tubes before opening. Dissolve lyophilized protein with sterile PBS to ensure the concentration is greater than 100 ug/mL.
