表达区间及表达系统（Source）	Human OSMR Protein is expressed from HEK293 with His tag at the C-terminus. It contains Glu28-Val236.[Accession \| Q99650-1]
分子量大小（Molecular Weight）	The protein has a predicted MW of 25.09 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 40-60 kDa based on SDS-PAGE result.
内毒素（Endotoxin）	Less than 1EU per μg by the LAL method.
纯度（Purity）	> 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE and HPLC.
活性（Activity）	ELISA Data: Immobilized Human OSMR, His Tag at 0.5μg/ml (100μl/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Anti-OSMR Antibody, hFc Tag with the EC50 of 15.1ng/ml determined by ELISA.
制剂（Formulation）	Supplied as 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4).

储存条件

The product should be stored at -85~-65℃ for 1 year from date of receipt.

Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities when first used and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
