VEGF 165, also known as Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor 165, is a protein that plays a critical role in angiogenesis, the process of forming new blood vessels from pre-existing ones. It belongs to the vascular endothelial growth factor family and is one of the most well-studied isoforms of VEGF.

Source	Recombinant Human VEGF165 Protein is expressed from HEK293 without tag. It contains Ala27-Arg191
Molecular Weight	The protein has a predicted MW of 19.2 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 20-30 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Biological Activity	ED50 < 3 ng/ml, measured in a cell proliferation assay using HUVEC cells.
Purity	> 95% by SDS-PAGE and HPLC
Endotoxin	<1.0 EU per 1μg of the protein by the LAL method.
Formulation	Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4).
Reconstitution	It is recommended that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/ml is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
