SVPI型 超级闪蒸器（Super VPI）

一．应用范围

YunTek 超级闪蒸器适用于带压力液体样品进入分析仪器进行分析的前端气化以及样品传输。其设计与性能与国内同种产品相比有一定优势。

二．仪器特点

1.本仪器相比一般的液体进样阀更加方便，而且分析结果更加精确。

2.所有液样品均在恒压环境中被汽化和传输，克服了液态样品在气化过程中，由于其密度变化而导致的错误，确保了分析谱图出峰良好。

三．产品优势

五．应用分析

石化客户样品组分以液态碳四为主，理论上液态样品热水浴气化进样存在挥发不完全的问题，挥发性组分的重现性较差（重烃组分重复性很差，甚至大于 50%）。实际数据也验证了，客户直接气态进样数据重复性很差，即使用国产品牌闪蒸器，由于使用了过大的传输管路，导致样品不能够被完全气化，进而会导致样品分析结果的不完整以及其它错误，亦存在重烃组分挥发不充分或二次冷凝的现象。通过闪蒸进样的硫化物分析结果谱图中，羰基硫组分峰面积相对标准偏差低于 0.5%，保证了分析结果的重复性。证明了 YunTek 闪蒸器对硫化物组分的进果。

The results of YunTek flash evaporator on sulphide composition were proved.
