Vessels are manufactured using a unique molded process which provides a precise and consistent inside diameter and spherical radius resulting in more reproducible dissolution test results.

Standard vessels are manufactured to meet USP physical dimensions and have a perfectly rounded hemispherical bottom. Select PEAK vessels with a unique cone shape molded into the bottom to improve hydrodynamics, preventing cone-shaped formations of material at the base of the vessel under the paddle. Both Standard and PEAK vessels come with an Acculign ring to help center the vessel. Footed plastic vessels are an economical alternative to glass. They feature feet which allow them to stand upright independently.
