These reusable pipettes are calibrated “to deliver/blow out.” (A “to deliver/blow out” pipette must be allowed to drain, then the drop that remains in the tip must be blown out and added to the original delivery to equal the exact volume.) Top is formed to fit a cotton plug (not included). Pipettes will fit cotton plugging machines. The 1 mL pipette has approximately a 0.1'' (2.5 mm) tip opening; all other sizes have approximately a 0.12'' (3 mm) tip opening. All pipettes are constructed of borosilicate glass, have permanent amber markings, and are specially treated to reduce chipping. Accuracy is printed on each pipette. Sold in cases of 12.
