PSA (Primary Secondary Amine) is a weak anion exchange SPE sorbent used to extract strong acids and polyacidic compounds from aqueous samples. The weak anion exchange sorbent allows analytes to be eluted by eliminating the charge on the sorbent at high pH. The sorbent is supplied in the free base form. Columns are made of polypropylene and feature Luer-slip outlet.
