These laboratory and industrial mixers feature a maintenance-free high-efficiency brushless DC motor with a controller designed for safety. If torque demand spikes, the controller will automatically reduce the speed or shut off the motor to prevent overload or overheat conditions. Integrated overload protection prevents damage to electronics, motor, and transmission in the event of an overload or overheat situation. Mixer powers up in "pause mode", ramps up to speed to avoid splashing, and remains off after power interruption for added operational safety.


Choose a kit with the mounting option that works best with your application. The rod mount option includes a support rod and attachment hardware, perfect if you already have a clamp and support stand setup. The universal clamp option includes a support rod with hardware and a clamp which is compatible with both support stands and tank lips. The mechanical seal option mounts to a drum or vessel with a 3" or 4" sanitary flange.
