The compact heated microplate/tube shaker is designed to allow simultaneous shaking and heating of sample plates and tubes at various temperatures and time intervals. Fully programmable, the unit can store up to 100 shaking and heating programs, each with different speed, time, and temperature settings. Eight commonly used programs come preloaded.
The intuitive color touch-screen LCD makes mode switching and program selection quick and easy. To run a saved program, simply attach a desired heating block module (sold separately) and press the start button. A visual countdown timer displays time remaining and an audible alert goes off at the completion of mixing program.
Use the heating blocks in different heated shakers to run using the same program—the intelligent modules save the last run settings, or save commonly used programs directly into the heated shaker. Each heating block module features an independent base and lid temperature control to prevent condensation from forming. Order the heated shaker and heating block module(s) to meet your needs—shaker and blocks sold separately.
