The customizable viewing cabinets are designed to accommodate one or two 8-watt lamps (sold separately). Lamps plug directly into the cabinet housing as needed and can be removed for handheld use. Using two lamps provides uniform illumination from two sides of the cabinet. Cabinet features interior overhead white light, included with unit, for basic sample illumination.
The high-performance viewing cabinets feature high-intensity 15-watt UV tubes. Control switches, for selecting UV or white light, are conveniently located on the top of cabinet. Models 97621-10 and -15 feature two each of shortwave and longwave UV tubes mounted on one side of the cabinet. Models 97621-20 and -25 have four longwave UV tubes mounted on one side. Models 97621-30 and -35 have two shortwave and two longwave tubes mounted on two sides.
