The transparent polycarbonate construction is durable, easy to clean, chemical resistant, and provides quick visualization of the contents. The amber tinted models block 100% of UVA, B, and C light, minimizing discoloration or damage to light-sensitive samples.

Traditional Round Desiccators feature a silicone O-ring that provides leakproof vacuum capability. A five-tab locking ring secures the top and bottom when the vacuum is not in use and provides extra security when moving the unit. Use the built-in vacuum gauge on the top of the unit to check the vacuum levels.
