This paraffin wax dispenser provides ultrafast heating for on-demand molten wax. Convenient “wax on tap” is available for an even flow of wax, ideal for your histology and pathology applications. The heated tap eliminates the possibility of wax blockage and the 0.5mm mesh filter screen prevents coarse particles from entering the tap. The nondrip lever has three settings — off, on-demand pull dispense, and continuous flow.
The set temperature can be controlled via the control panel, and allows for a temperature range ambient to 70°C. The digital display features a resolution of 1°C with a temperature accuracy of ±1°C. When set at 65°C, the unit will take approximately 90 minutes to fully melt 11 lbs (5 kg) of pelletized wax.
