Our best-selling titration equipment combined into a kit! We started with one glass burette; nickel-plated zinc, double-burette clamp; burette clamp holder; and complete lab stand with aluminum rod and chemical-resistant porcelain base to securely hold and dispense the titrant. Then we added our compact magnetic stirrer, beakers, and stir bars for thorough mixing of the sample, and rounded out the offering with a stir bar retriever and burette brush to help with cleanup.
Our 50-mL burette is manufactured from quality borosilicate glass, and is designed for accuracy and durability. Burette features a carefully drawn tip for a reliable drainage rate; a noncontaminating, 2-mm, straight-bore PTFE stopcock; and brown-colored permanent graduations.
Our compact magnetic stirrer is powerful enough to stir up to 1 liter at a rate up to 2000 rpm. On/off and speed is simply controlled with an analog dial.
Pyrex® graduated glass beakers feature pouring spouts and uniform wall thickness for optimum balance between thermal shock resistance and mechanical strength. All five beaker sizes (50, 100, 250, 600, and 1000 mL) have an extra large marking spot — perfect for sample labeling.
Two PTFE-coated, magnetic stir bars are included. Use the 5/8" long x 1/8" diameter bar for smaller containers and the 1" long x 3/8" diameter bar for larger vessels. The rigid stir bar retriever helps you collect magnetic stir bars without messy spills or breakage, and the burette cleaning brush helps to thoroughly clean the titrant out for more accurate results.
