表达区间及表达系统（Source）	Mouse MMP-8 Protein is expressed from HEK293 with His tag at the C-Terminus. It contains Phe21-Ser465.[Accession \| O70138]
分子量大小（Molecular Weight）	The protein has a predicted MW of 51.9 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 65-70 kDa based on SDS-PAGE result.
内毒素（Endotoxin）	Less than 1EU per μg by the LAL method.
纯度（Purity）	> 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE and HPLC.
制剂（Formulation）	Supplied as 0.22μm filtered solution in 50mM Tris, 10mM CaCl2, 150mM NaCl (pH 7.5).
