表达区间及表达系统（Source）	Human BDCA-2 Protein is expressed from HEK293 with mFc tag at the N-Terminus. It contains Phe46-Ile213.[Accession \| Q8WTT0-1]
分子量大小（Molecular Weight）	The protein has a predicted MW of 46.39 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 55-65 kDa based on SDS-PAGE result.
内毒素（Endotoxin）	Less than 1EU per μg by the LAL method.
纯度（Purity）	> 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE
活性（Activity）	ELISA Data: Immobilized Human BDCA-2, mFc Tag at 0.5μg/ml (100μl/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Anti-BDCA-2 Antibody, hFc Tag with the EC50 of 2.2ng/ml determined by ELISA.
制剂（Formulation）	Supplied as 0.22μm filtered solution in 20mM Tris, 150mM NaCl, 200mM L-arginine (pH 8.5).

储存条件

The product should be stored at -85~-65℃ for 1 year from date of receipt.

Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities when first used and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
