性能参数

表达区间及表达系统（Source）	Mouse CD200 R1 Protein is expressed from HEK293 with His tag at the C-terminal. It contains Thr26-Pro238.[Accession \| Q9ES57]
分子量大小（Molecular Weight）	The protein has a predicted MW of 24.21 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 55-65 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
内毒素（Endotoxin）	Less than 1EU per μg by the LAL method.
纯度（Purity）	> 95% as determined by Tris-Bis PAGE and HPLC
活性（Activity）	SPR Data:Mouse CD200 R1, His Tag immobilized on CM5 Chip can bind Mouse CD200, His Tag with an affinity constant of 1.19 μM as determined in SPR assay.
制剂（Formulation）	Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
重构方法（Reconstitution）	Centrifuge tubes before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/ml is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.

储存条件

The product should be stored at -25~-15℃ for 1 year from date of receipt.

2-7 days, 2 ~8 °C under sterile conditions after reconstitution.

3 months, -25~-15℃ under sterile conditions after reconstitution.

Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities when first used and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
