表达区间及表达系统（Source）	Human PRAK Protein is expressed from Baculovirus-Insect Cells with Strep-II tag at the C-terminus. It contains Met1-Gln471.[Accession \| NP_003659.2]
分子量大小（Molecular Weight）	The protein has a predicted MW of 55.57 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 35-45 kDa based on SDS-PAGE result.
内毒素（Endotoxin）	Less than 1EU per μg by the LAL method.
纯度（Purity）	> 90% as determined by SDS-PAGE,> 95% as determined by HPLC
制剂（Formulation）	Supplied as 0.22 μm filtered solution in 20mM Tris, 150mM NaCl, 2mM CaCl2 (pH 8.0).

储存条件

The product should be stored at -85~-65℃ for 1 year from date of receipt.

Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities when first used and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
