表达区间及表达系统（Source）	Biotinylated Cynomolgus GFRAL/GFR alpha-like Protein is expressed from HEK293 with His tag and Avi tag at the N-Terminus. It contains Gln20-Glu351.[Accession \| XP_015304775.2]
分子量大小（Molecular Weight）	The protein has a predicted MW of 40.7 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 50-70 kDa based on SDS-PAGE result.
内毒素（Endotoxin）	Less than 1EU per μg by the LAL method.
纯度（Purity）	> 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE and HPLC
活性（Activity）	ELISA Data: Immobilized Cynomolgus GDF15, His Tag at 2μg/ml (100μl/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Biotinylated Cynomolgus GFRAL, His Tag with the EC50 of 101.8ng/ml determined by ELISA.
制剂（Formulation）	Supplied as 0.22μm filtered solution in 20mM PB, 400mM NaCl (pH 6.0).

储存条件

The product should be stored at -85~-65℃ for 1 year from date of receipt.

Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities when first used and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
