HPLC法测定龟芪壮骨颗粒中二苯乙烯苷的含量

摘要 目的 应用GX液相色谱法测定龟芪壮骨颗粒中二苯乙烯苷的含量方法 采用DiamonsilTM(钻石)C18(5m，250mm×4.6mm)，乙腈－0.2%磷酸溶液（23：77）为流动相，流速：1ml/min，检测波长为320nm结果 线性范围为0.0964～0.482g，r=0.9998，平均回收率为98.00％，RDS=0.98％结论 该方法用于测定龟芪壮骨颗粒中二苯乙烯苷含量，简便快速准确 关键词 龟芪壮骨颗粒；二苯乙烯苷；GX液相色谱法 Abstract Objective To develop a HPLC method to determine the content of 2，3，5，4-tetrahydroxystibene-2-o--D-glucoside in Guiqizhuanggu granule.Methods The HPLC method was carried out on an DiamonsilTMC18 column(5m，250mm×4.6mm)using a mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid water(23：77)，and detection wavelength was 320 nm.Results With a relation efficient of 0.9998. Good linear relationshipe between area and a mount was noted for 0.0964～0.482g. The average recovery of 2，3，5，4-tetrahydroxystibene-2-o--D-glucoside and RSD were 98.00% and 0.98% respectively. Conclusion It was proved that the method was available，simple and accurate.
