Analysis of Glycerine

ASTM D6584 is the standard test method commonly used for the quantitative determination of free and total glycerine in B-100 methyl esters by gas chromatography. The detection range for free glycerine is 0.005 to 0.05 mass %, and for total glycerine 0.05 to 0.5 mass %.
