概述ⅠIntroduction本仪器根据交通部2000年公路工程沥青及沥青混合料试验规程JTJ052-2000中T0722-1993的技术规范要求，经改进设计的离心分离法试验仪器。用离心法抽提测定粘稠石油沥青拌制的沥青混合料中的沥青含量（或石油比）。适用于新拌沥青混合料，也适用于旧路采取的混合料试样。该仪器操作方便、使用寿命长，是目前很理想的试验设备。ThisdeviceiscentrifugationseparationtestdevicedesignedandimprovedaccordingtotherequirementsofT0722-1993technicalspecificationinJTJ052-2000StandardtestmethodsofbitumenandbituminousmixturesforhighwayengineeringissuedbytheMinistryofConstructionin2000.Itextractsanddeterminesbitumencontent(orpetroleumratio)inbitumenmixturemixedbyviscouspetroleumbitumen.Itisapplicablefornewly-mixedbitumenmixtureandalsoapplicablefortestsampleofmixtureadoptedforoldrods.Thisdeviceiseasytooperatewithlongservicelife,soitisidealtestequipment.主要技术参数ⅡMaintechnicalparameters电压：220V50Hz功率：550W转速：≥3000转/分容积：＞3000克Voltage:220V50HzPower:550WRotatingspeed:≥3000rpmCapacity:＞3000g仪器的工作原理ⅢWorkingprinciple仪器采用进口变频器自动控制主机从低速到高速及快速停机。配置时间定时器，只需开启一个开关，即可自动完成启动至停止。Thedeviceemploysimportedtransducertoautomaticallycontrolthemainframetochangefromlowspeedtohighspeedandstoprapidly.Itisprovidedwithatimer.Onlybyturningonaswitch,itcanautomaticallycompletestarttostop.使用方法ⅣHowtouse按JTJ052-2000规程T0701沥青混合料的取样方法，拌好的料中采取试样。按规程中的操作方法进行试样准备。1.Taketestsamplesfrommixturebyusingthesamp领methodofT0701bitumenmixtureinJTJ052-2000.Makepreparationfortestsamplesaccordingtotheoperatingmethodinthestandard.向装有试样的烧杯中注入三氯乙烯溶剂，将其浸没并记录溶剂用量浸泡三十分钟搅拌后使充分溶解（也可直接在料杯中浸泡）。2.Injecttrichloroethylenesolventinthebeakerwithtestsamples,immersethemandrecordamountofsolventused.Immersethemfor30minutesandmixthemsothattheysufficientlydissolved(Youcanalsodirectlyimmersetheminfeedingcup)将浸泡后的混合料及溶剂全部倒入离心机料杯中3.Pourimmersedmixtureandsolventinfeedingcupofthecentrifuge.称取洁净的环形滤纸，准确至0.01g，注意：滤纸不能反复使用，有破损者也不能用。4.Weighcleancircularfilterpaperaccurateto0.01g.Attention:thefilterpapercan’tbeusedrepeatedly.Thebrokenonecan’tbeused.将滤纸垫在离心杯口边加盖后固紧螺丝，将收集锅盖好，在分离器出口处放回收瓶。5.Fillthefilterpaperaroundtheopeningofthecentrifugalcup,coveritandfastenscrews.Coverthecollectingpotandplacetherecoverybottleattheoutletoftheseparator.启动电源，离心杯开始旋转，由控制电路自动调整，在二十秒钟左右达到Z高速。沥青溶液通过排出口流入回收瓶中。停机后，从上盖孔中加入新的溶剂，数量同前，稍停35分钟后，重复试验。如此经过多次分离，直至流出的溶液清澈透明为止。6.Turnpoweronandthecentrifugalcupstartstoturn.Automaticallyregulatedbycontrolcircuit,itwillreachthemaximumspeedinabout20seconds.Thebitumensolutionflowsintherecoverybottomviathedischargeport.Afterstopping,addsameamountofnewsolventfromtheuppercoverholeandwaitfor3-5minutesandrepeatthetest.Itundergoesmanytimesofseparationuntilthesolutionflowedoutbecomesclearandtransparent.卸下上盖取出环形滤纸及料杯中的石料，严格按“公路沥青混合料试验规程"所要求的步骤进行操作，并计算出沥青含量。7.Disassembletheuppercoverandtakeoutthecircularfilterpaperandstonesinthefeedingcup.OperatestrictlyaccordingtothestepsrequiredintheStandardtestmethodsofbitumenandbituminousmixturesforhighwayengineeringandcalculatethebitumencontent.注意事项ⅤAttentions应选择平整、稳固、通风的场地安装本机；1.Aplacewhereitisflat,stableandventilatedshallbeselectedforinstal领thisdevice.要保持机器清洁，溶液严禁进入电机，以免造成损坏；2.Keepthedevicecleanandsolutionisforbiddentoenterthemotortoavoiddamagingit.出现异常声响或其他故障应先切断电源后进行检查；3.Incaseofabnormalsoundorothertroubles,cutoffpowertoexamine.试验完成后，应先进行清洁工作，以免造成故障。4.Afterthetestisover,cleanittoavoidcausingtroubles.装箱单ⅥPackinglist主机-------------1台Mainframe-------1set滤纸-------------10张Filterpaper-----10pieces说明书-----------1份Instructionforuse-1copy合格证-----------1份Qualitycertificate1copy
