Quantitysize: 0.1ml (dilutewithpH7.4 0.01MPBSordiluentofantibody) Background:RHOC(rashomologgenefamily,memberC)isamemberoftheRhofamilyofsmallGTPases,whichcyclebetweeninactiveGDP-boundandactiveGTP-boundstatesandfunctionasmolecularswitchesinsignaltransductioncascades.Rhoproteinspromotereorganizationoftheactincytoskeletonandregulatecellshape,attachment,andmotility.RHOCisprenylatedatitsC-terminus,andisthoughttobeimportantincelllocomotion.Overexpressionofthisgeneisassociatedwithtumorcellproliferationandmetastasis.Multiplealternativelysplicedvariants,encodingthesameprotein,havebeenidentified.Alsoknownas:RhoCprotein;RHOC;ARH9;ARHC;ARH9;H9;MGC1448;MGC61427;OncogeneRHOH9;RashomologgenefamilymemberC;RASrelatedhomolog9;RHOC;RhorelatedGTPbindingproteinRhoC;RhoCGTPase;RHOH9;RHOH9;SmallGTPbindingproteinRhoC.

Specificity: ·anti-RHOCisarabbitmonoclonalantibodyunconjugated·specificforRHOCofhuman,mouseandrat ·broadlyreactivewithmammalianspecies ·epitopemappinginthemiddleofRHOCofhuman,mouseandratorigin·useforwesternblotting,elisa,immunoprecipitation andimmunohistochemistry·affinitychromatographypurification,purity:>95%·Isotype:IgG ·molwt:21kDa Application: ·Westernblotting:1:100-500·Immunohistochemistry:1:100-500·ELISA:1:500-1000· Optimalworkingdilutionsmustbedeterminedbytheenduser.
