我建议你去找一下BOIS的教程看一下，其实有的不一定用，你可以每一个单词翻译过来组合一下大概知道意思，就行了，其实与原意思都差不多。

Load Default Settings 选择这个按下回车用这个，载人默认设置，即恢复出场设置，然后按F10，提示你是否保存并退出重启。按确认。一切ok了
