销售工程师 Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities: 主要职责：

Have good understanding of biopharma market, know requirement of products used in the process from Laboratory R&D to scaled production.

对生物制药市场有良好的了解，了解从实验室研发到规模化生产工艺中使用的产品需求。

Regular feedback to manager on market development, competitor’s activity along with daily and monthly report. Submission of all reports to the Line Manager on time to maintain discipline.

定期向经理反馈市场发展和竞争对手的活动，并提供每日和月度报告。按时向部门经理提交所有报告，以保持纪律。

Supports sales management plans by maintaining effective customer relations and assuring continued market penetration and profitability by making in – depth calls to end Users to achieve sales objectives.

支持销售管理计划，维护有效的客户关系，通过对终端用户的深入拜访，确保持续的市场渗透和利润，以实现销售目标。

Work with team to manage necessary on-site activities such as seminar and technical discussion in key account.

与团队一起管理重要客户的现场活动，如研讨会和技术讨论。

Resolves customer service relevant issues (i.e. pricing and product availability).

解决与客户服务相关的问题(如价格和产品可用性)。

Develops new customers and performs other tasks as assigned by Manager.

开发新客户并完成经理分配的其他任务。

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent work experience(Biology,Chemistry major preferred).

学士学位或同等的工作经验（生物，化学专业优先）

· 5 years of direct sales experience, focus on life science market are preferred.

5年以上直接销售经验，关注生命科学市场者优先

· Familiar with selling Laboratory Equipment and Consumables.

熟悉实验室设备和耗材的销售
