日本Nepa Gene公司成立于2001年，专业研发、生产细胞电融合仪、电转染仪、超声波基因导入仪、IVF相关设备等。公司的英文网址是http://www.nepagene.jp/E/Eindex.htm。
经过严格、仔细地考察，2011年5月，日本NEPA GENE公司正式授权华粤企业集团有限公司（我司）在ZG区du家代理其全线产品。
NEPA21GX基因转染系统CUY21SC /CUY21EDIT活体电转染仪
CUY21系列的方波电转染仪是Nepa Gene公司的老一代产品，被公认为是Z专业的活体转基因仪器，并可以用于动物细胞转染，在研究领域中久负盛名。该产品已被数百篇文献引用，其中不乏高水平杂志的文章，如Nature、Cell、PNAS、Genes & Dvelopment等。

2011年，Nepa推出新一代全能型NEPA21GX基因转染系统。其特点有：

ECFG21/LF201电融合仪
Nepa Gene是细胞融合领域Zquan威的品牌之一。ECFG21电融合仪是LF201的升级版，LF系列产品凭借ZL的技术和优异的性能，广泛应用于动物克隆、细胞融合、植物原生质体融合等研究。美国**只转基因克隆荧光猫，即是使用的Nepa Gene公司的细胞融合仪完成的。
