Recombinant SARS-COV-2 Spike S1 Protein is expressed from HEK293 Cells with His tag at the C-terminal. It contains Gln14-Arg683.

分子量

Approximately 76.1 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 115-140 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.

纯度

> 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE and HPLC.

活性

ELISA Data：Immobilized SARS-COV-2 Spike S1, His Tag at 1μg/ml (100μl/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Human ACE2, hFc Tag with the EC50 of 19.4ng/ml determined by ELISA.

内毒素

< 1.0 EU per 1μg of the protein by the LAL method.

制剂

Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 5% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

复溶

Centrifuge tubes before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/mL is recommended (usually we use 1 mg/mL solution for lyophilization). Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
