Recombinant Human NY-ESO-1 (HLA-A*02:01) Protein is expressed from HEK293 Cells with His tag and Avi tag at the C-terminal. It contains Gly25-Thr305(HLA-A*02:01),

Ile21-Met119(B2M) and SLLMWITQV peptide.

Molecular Weight

The protein has a predicted MW of 50.5 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 55-60 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.

Purity

> 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE and HPLC.

Endotoxin

<1 EU per 1μg of the protein by the LAL method.

Formulation

Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 5% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

Reconstitution

Centrifuge tubes before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/mL is recommended (usually we use 1 mg/mL solution for lyophilization). Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
