Recombinant Human Her2/ErbB2 Protein is expressed from HEK293 Cells with hFc tag at the C-terminal. It contains Thr23-Thr652.

分子量(Molecular Weight)

The protein has a predicted MW of 96.1 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 100-120 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.

Sterile Filtered White lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder.

> 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE and HPLC

活性（Activity）

ELISA Data：Immobilized Human Her2, hFc Tag at 1μg/ml (100μl/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Anti-Her2 Antibody, hFc Tag with the EC₅₀ of 86.1ng/ml determined by ELISA.

内毒素（Endotoxin）

< 1.0 EU per 1μg of the protein by the LAL method.

制剂（Formulation）

Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 5% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

复溶（Reconstitution）

Centrifuge tubes before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/mL is recommended (usually we use 1 mg/mL solution for lyophilization). Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
