1. Immobilized  Human VEGF121 (Cat:10008-HNAH) at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Human VEGFR2/KDR (ECD, hFc Tag)(Cat:10012-H02H), the EC50 of Human VEGFR2/KDR (ECD, hFc Tag)(Cat:10012-H02H) is 6-48 ng/mL.

2. Measured by its ability to inhibit the VEGF-dependent proliferation of human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC). The * for this effect is typically 20-120 ng/mL in the presence of 10 ng/mL recombinant human VEGF165.

蛋白分子量:The recombinant human VEGFR2/Fc is a disulfide-linked homodimeric protein. The reduced monomer consists of 979 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 109 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of human VEGFR2/Fc monomer is approximatly 150-160 KDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions due to glycosylation.
