蛋白构建:A DNA sequence encoding the Mouse CD274 (NP_068693.1)(Met1-Thr238) was expressed with a C-terminal polyhistidine tag followed by an AVI tag. The expressed protein was biotinylated in vivo by the Biotin-Protein ligase (BirA enzyme) which is co-expressed.

1.Immobilized Anti-PDL1(GEN)-IgG1 Antibody (Atezolizumab) (Cat: 68049-H001) at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Recombinant Mouse PD-L1 Protein (His & AVI Tag), Biotinylated (Cat: 50010-M49H-B), the EC50 is 0.3-1.0 ng/mL(QC tested).

2.Immobilized Recombinant Mouse PD-L1/B7-H1 Protein (His & AVI Tag), Biotinylated, HPLC-verified (Cat: 50010-M49H-B) at 1 μg/mL (100 μl/well) on streptavidin precoated (5 μg/mL, 100 μL/well) can bind Recombinant Mouse PD-1 Protein (ECD, hFc Tag), HPLC-verified (Cat: 50124-M02H) , the EC50 is 61.95-185.85 ng/mL (Routinely tested).

蛋白内毒素:< 1.0 EU per μg protein as determined by the LAL method.

蛋白分子量:The recombinant Mouse CD274 consists of 246 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 28.02 kDa. It migrates as an approximately 46.7 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
