2.Anti-GPC3 Antibody, Human IgG1 captured on Protein A chip can bind Recombinant Human Glypican 3/GPC3 Protein, His Tag (Cat. No. 10088-H08H) with an affinity constant of 71.9 nM as determined in an SPR assay (Biacore 8K) (Routinely tested).

蛋白分子量:The recombinant human GPC3 comprises 546 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 62 kDa, Cleaved partially by a furin-like convertase to N and C-terminal fragment with predicted molecular mass of 38 KDa and 24 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the recombinant protein migrates as an approximately 65.5 kDa, 41.0 kDa and 33.4 kDa protein in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
