2.Recombinant Mouse IL-3R alpha/CD123 Protein, His Tag (Cat. No. 50810-M08H) captured on CM5 chip via Anti-His antibody, can bind Recombinant Mouse IL-3 Protein (Cat. No. 51066-MNAH) with an affinity constant of 2.202 μM as determined in an SPR assay (Biacore T200) (QC tested).

蛋白内毒素:< 1.0 EU per μg protein as determined by the LAL method.
