OLI-P是基于白光干涉的分布式偏振串扰测试分析仪,采样分辨率优于2cm,噪声灵敏度最低可达-90dB。设备可高精度测量保偏光纤环的分布式偏振串扰。通过偏振串扰测试,精准定位保偏光路中异常串扰点位置、分析连接头或耦合端面质量等。该产品可用于产品工艺设计改进或产线批量检测。
