表达区间及表达系统（Source）	Human uPAR/PLAUR Protein is expressed from HEK293 with hFc tag at the C-Terminus. It contains Leu23-Gly305.[Accession \| Q03405-1]
分子量大小（Molecular Weight）	The protein has a predicted MW of 58.2 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 70-80 kDa based on SDS-PAGE result.
内毒素（Endotoxin）	Less than 1EU per μg by the LAL method.
纯度（Purity）	> 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE and HPLC
活性（Activity）	ELISA Data: Immobilized Human PLAU, His Tag at 0.5μg/ml (100μl/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Human uPAR, hFc Tag with the EC50 of 2.4ng/ml determined by ELISA.
制剂（Formulation）	Supplied as 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4).

储存条件

The product should be stored at -85~-65℃ for 1 year from date of receipt.

Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities when first used and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
