表达区间及表达系统（Source）	Cynomolgus CD3E&CD3G/CD3 epsilon&CD3 gamma Protein is expressed from HEK293 with hFc tag at the C-terminal. It containsGln22-Asp117(CD3E)&Gln23-Thr113(CD3G). [Accession \| Q95LI5.2(CD3E)&Q95LI7(CD3G)]
分子量大小（Molecular Weight）	The protein has a predicted MW of 36.9 kDa (CD3E) and 36.5 kDa (CD3G). Due to glycosylation,the protein migrates to 44-46 kDa&46-48 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
内毒素（Endotoxin）	Less than 1EU per μg by the LAL method.
纯度（Purity）	> 95% as determined by Tris-Bis PAGE and HPLC
活性（Activity）	ELISA Data:Immobilized Cynomolgus CD3E&CD3G, hFc Tag at 0.5μg/ml (100μl/Well). Dose response curve for Biotinylated Anti-CD3 Antibody, mFc Tag with EC50 of 51.2ng/ml determined by ELISA.
制剂（Formulation）	Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
重构方法（Reconstitution）	Centrifuge tubes before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/ml is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.

储存条件

The product should be stored at -25~-15℃ for 1 year from date of receipt.

2-7 days, 2 ~8 °C under sterile conditions after reconstitution.

3 months, -25~-15℃ under sterile conditions after reconstitution.

Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities when first used and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
