分子量大小（Molecular Weight）

The protein has a predicted MW of 37.8 kDa (CD3E) and 36.5 kDa (CD3G). Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 40-60 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.

活性（Activity）

ELISA Data: Immobilized Human CD3E&CD3G, hFc Tag at 0.5μg/ml (100μl/Well). Dose response curve for Biotinylated Anti-CD3E&CD3G Ab.1, hFc Tag with the EC50 of 1.22ug/ml determined by ELISA. 

ELISA Data: Immobilized Human CD3E&CD3G, hFc Tag at 1μg/ml (100μl/Well). Dose response curve for Anti-CD3E&CD3G Ab.2, mFc Tag with the EC50 of 20.7ng/ml determined by ELISA  

制剂（Formulation）

Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 5% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

重构方法（Reconstitution）

Centrifuge tubes before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/ml is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
