CD30 is a cell membrane protein of the tumor necrosis factor receptor family that regulates proliferation/apoptosis and antibody responses, and is expressed by activated T cells and B cells. CD30 is considered to be a specific diagnostic biomarker for anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL) and classical Hodgkin lymphoma (cHL), and also a biomarker for antibody-drug conjugate targeted therapy.

Source	Human CD30 Protein is expressed from HEK293 Cells with His tag at the C-terminal. It contains Phe 19 - Lys 379
Molecular Weight	The protein has a predicted MW of 39 kDa. And it migrates as 40-50 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
Purity	> 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Endotoxin	<1 EU per 1μg of the protein by the LAL method.
Formulation	Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4).
Reconstitution	Centrifuge tubes before opening. The concentration of protein solution used for lyophilization is generally 1mg/mL. Dissolve lyophilized protein with sterile water to ensure the concentration is greater than 100 μg/mL.
