Human CD83 Protein is expressed from HEK293 with hFc tag at the C-terminal. It contains Thr20-Ala143.[Accession | Q01151-1]

分子量大小（Molecular Weight）

The protein has a predicted MW of 40.8 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 55-65 kDa based on SDS- PAGE result.

活性（Activity）

ELISA Data: Immobilized Human CD83, hFc Tag at 0.5μg/ml (100μl/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Biotinylated Anti-CD83 Antibody, hFc Tag with the EC50 15.3ng/ml determined by ELISA.  

制剂（Formulation）

Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

重构方法（Reconstitution）

Centrifuge tubes before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/ml is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
