An in situ fiber-optic dissolution test of the glipizide MR formulation was also evaluated using Delphian Technology L.P.s Rainbow Dynamic Dissolution MonitorTM (Ardsley, New York). The dissolution was performed at 75 rpm speed using a similar apparatus andmedium as described above for the glipizide MRformulation. The data were collected every 30 min up to 22 h using a fiber-optic probe set at 276nmwavelength.
