Recombinant Human M-CSF R Protein is expressed from HEK293 Cells with His tag at the C-terminal.It contains Ile20 - Glu512.

Molecular Weight

The protein has a predicted MW of 55.3 kDa. And it migrates as 72-100 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

Reconstitution
