Recombinant Human GITR/TNFRSF18 Protein is expressed from HEK293 Cells with His tag at the C-terminal. It contains Gln26-Glu161.

分子量(Molecular Weight)

The protein has a predicted MW of 15.4 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 25-28 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.

1.ELISA Data：Immobilized Human GITR, His Tag at 1μg/ml (100μl/Well). Dose response curve for Biotinylated Human GITR Ligand Trimer, His Tag with the EC50 of 0.2μg/ml determined by ELISA.

2.ELISA Data：Immobilized Human GITR, His Tag at 0.5μg (100μl/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Anti-GITR Antibody, hFc Tag with the EC50 of 7.0ng/ml determined by ELISA.

3.SPR Data：Human GITR, His Tag captured on CM5 Chip via Anti-His Antibody can bind Human GITR Ligand Trimer, hFc Tag with an affinity constant of 4.76 nM as determined in SPR assay .

< 1.0 EU per 1μg of the protein by the LAL method.

制剂（Formulation）

Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 5% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

复溶（Reconstitution）

Centrifuge tubes before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/mL is recommended (usually we use 1 mg/mL solution for lyophilization). Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
