Recombinant Human NKG2D / CD314 Protein is expressed from HEK293 Cells with His tag and Avi tag at the N-terminal. It contains Phe78-Val216.

分子量(Molecular Weight)

Approximately 19 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 36-38 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.

活性（Activity）

ELISA Data: Immobilized Human NKG2D, His Tag at 1 μg/mL (100 μL/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Anti-NKG2D Antibody, hFc Tag with the EC₅₀ of 4.7 ng/mL determined by ELISA.

内毒素（Endotoxin）

< 1.0 EU per 1μg of the protein by the LAL method.

制剂（Formulation）

Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 5% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

复溶（Reconstitution）

Centrifuge tubes before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/mL` is recommended (usually we use 1 mg/mL solution for lyophilization). Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
