1.Measured by its ability to convert the substrate benzyloxycarbonyl-Gly-Pro-7-amido-4-methylcoumarin (Z-GP-AMC) to Z-Gly-Pro and 7-amino-4-methylcoumarin (AMC). 

The specific activity is >1200 pmol/min/μg

2.Loaded anti-FAP antibody, human IgG1 on proA Biosensor, can bind Recombinant Human FAP Protein, His Tag (Cat. No. 10464-H07H) with an affinity constant of 0.396 nM as determined in BLI assay (Sartorius Octet RED384) (Routinely tested).

3.Immobilized Recombinant Human FAP / Seprase Protein (ECD, His Tag) (Cat: 10464-H07H) at 1 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Anti-FAP Antibody, human IgG1, the * is 1.0-4.0 ng/mL (QC tested).
