2. Immobilized Recombinant Human PD1 / PDCD1 / CD279 Protein (ECD, Fc Tag) (Cat: 10377-H05H) at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Anti-PD1 Antibody, Human IgG4 (Nivolumab), the EC50 is 20-60 ng/mL (Routinely tested).

3.Immobilized Recombinant Human PD1 / PDCD1 / CD279 Protein (ECD, Fc Tag) (Cat: 10377-H05H) at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Recombinant Human B7-DC / PD-L2 / CD273 / PDCD1LG2 Protein (Fc Tag) (Cat: 10292-H02H) , the EC50 is 15-45 ng/mL (Routinely tested).

4.Loaded Recombinant Human PD-1 Protein, mFc Tag (Cat. No. 10377-H05H) on AMC Biosensor, can bind Recombinant Human PD-L2/B7-DC Protein, His Tag (Cat. No. 10292-H08H) with an affinity constant of 58.6 nM as determined in BLI assay (Sartorius Octet RED384) (Routinely tested).
