10×Transcription Buffer GMP-grade

This product is optimized transcription buffer and efficient for in vitro synthesis of RNA. The formulation of the product: 400 mM Tris-HCl, 460 mM MgCl₂, 20 mM spermidine, 100 mM DTT, pH 7.9 at 25℃.

This product is produced in accordance with GMP regulations and provided in liquid form.
