张洪斌,上海交通大学教授,长期从事高分子复杂体系流变学、高分子物理与高分子材料科学、胶体化学、食品科学、化妆品科学的交叉研究,涉及多糖类天然高分子、食品亲水胶体和功能性合成高分子材料,高分子体系的本体和界面流变学;任Food Hydrocolloids、Food Hydrocolloids for Health、Journal of Biorheology编委;主持多项自然科学基金面上项目和国内外知名企业委托研发项目、参加了自然科学基金重大项目、国家重点基础研究发展计划(973计划)、国家“十三五”重点专项;发表学术论文170余篇,获授权发明专利20余项,主编中英文专著各一部;作为主要完成人,获省部级奖4项。
