Recombinant Human CD38 Protein is expressed from HEK293 Cells with hFc tag at the C-terminal. It contains Val43-Ile300.

分子量

Approximately 56.6 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 60-70 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.

纯度

> 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE and HPLC.

活性

ELISA Data: Immobilized Human CD38, hFc Tag at 0.5μg/ml (100μl/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Biotinylated Anti-CD38 Antibody, hFc Tag with the EC50 of 17.4ng/ml determined by ELISA.

内毒素

< 1.0 EU per 1μg of the protein by the LAL method.

制剂

Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 5% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

复溶

Centrifuge tubes before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/mL is recommended (usually we use 1 mg/mL solution for lyophilization). Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
