1.Loaded Recombinant Rat IL-23 Receptor Protein, hFc Tag (Cat. No. 80395-R02H) on proA Biosensor, can bind Recombinant Mouse IL-23 Protein, His Tag (Cat. No. CT140-M08H) with an affinity constant of 18.9 nM as determined in BLI assay (Sartorius Octet RED384) (QC tested).

2.Recombinant Rat IL-23 Receptor Protein, hFc Tag (Cat. No. 80395-R02H) captured on Protein A chip can bind Recombinant Mouse IL-23 Protein, His Tag (Cat. No. CT140-M08H) with an affinity constant of 1.570 nM as determined in an SPR assay (Biacore 8K) (Routinely tested).

3.Loaded Recombinant Rabbit IL-23 Protein, His Tag (Cat. No. CT062-T08H) on HIS1K Biosensor, can bind Recombinant Rat IL-23 Receptor Protein, hFc Tag (Cat. No. 80395-R02H) with an affinity constant of 99.200 nM as determined in BLI assay (Sartorius Octet RED384) (Routinely tested).

蛋白内毒素:< 1.0 EU per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method.
